Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is a crucial component of pharmaceutical quality management, ensuring that product quality is maintained throughout every stage of the supply chain. With increasing regulatory demands and the continued globalization of distribution networks, documented compliance with GDP guidelines is more important than ever.

Many logistics activities within the supply chain are outsourced to service providers, such as transport and logistics companies.
